Darroch is a Change Management Consultant, Certified Executive Coach, and Facilitator who’s passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organisations navigate change with confidence. With a Master of Arts in Leadership and certified coach designations, he blends academic insight with over 25 years of experience to help you set goals and design training and change programs that get results.

Known for his creativity and collaborative approach, Darroch helps leaders and teams see challenges in new ways, align their goals, and bring out their best performance. Whether it’s guiding organisational transformation, facilitating team communication, or coaching individuals through career growth, he’s committed to making change feel less overwhelming and more like an exciting opportunity.

Outside of work, Darroch loves getting outside with his dog Paddy, catching live music, travelling, and playing the piano. After years away in Ontario, he’s happy to be back in Newfoundland, close to family, friends, and a place that feels like home.
